“Door Step Banking through Universal Touch Points” was officially launched by the Honourable Finance Minister on 9th September 2020. As part of Banking reforms under EASE – Banking for customer Convenience, all 12 Public sector Banks under single umbrella of PSB Alliance have joined together to provide both financial and non-financial services through service providers in a safe and secured environment at the doorstep of customers.
This service allows customers to avail various banking services through agents engaged by PSB Alliance Pvt. Ltd. Door step banking is implemented as a product through a mix of technology and agents offering different banking services for the customers of the Public Sector Banks. The DSB agents basically render banking non-financial and financial services within the norms as stipulated by the Reserve bank of India. PSB Alliance Pvt. Ltd. operates across 2572 centre’s PAN India through its service providers, with 2279 branches of our Bank.

- 15G/15H Forms

- RTGS/NEFT Fund Transfer request
- Pick-up of Nomination form

Door Step Banking
(Through Authorised 3rd Party Agent) :
Uniformly Rs75/- + GST is being charged for each service request to customer on availing any DSB Services i.e. Financial/Non-Financial services
(Through Branch) :
Financial : Rs.100 + GST Non-Financial transactions : Rs.60 + GST
Concessions for Both Channels :
- 100% Concession for Differently-abled persons and Senior Citizens.
- For Senior Citizens up-to-age < 70 = Quarterly 2 services free if minimum AQB Rs.25,000/- & Above Maintained in their account.

Door Step Banking
- Customer can get herself/ himself registered through either of 3 channels i.e. Mobile App/ Web Portal/ Call Centre provided by PSB Alliance Pvt Ltd.
- For Service booking, customer has to enter pin code for which you are booking the services. After selection of relevant account, service which is required can be booked. All necessary details of such as address where services required, date and time as per requirement to be entered. After verification, providing consent by selecting check box and accepting Disclaimers, DSB Service request is booked. Customer will get the Successful Booking message along with the Booking ID .By clicking on the booking ID customers can view Service Verification Code (SVC).
- Once the agent arrives at Door Step of the Customer, he/she will proceed for document handover to DSB Agent only after the Service Verification Code (SVC) matches with the one available with the agent. Customer will have "Pay in Slip" duly filled/ completed and signed in all respect (containing details of instrument/s to be submitted).
- Post this he/ she will hand over the instrument to agents, which agent shall put in designated Envelope and seal before customer. Agent is expected to cross tally instrument detail with the information available in their App and accept only if it tallies.
- Multiple instruments can be picked by an agent for single pick up request. However, different instrument types cannot be clubbed for a single request ID.

- PSB Alliance Pvt.Ltd.for all 12 PSBs has engaged Integra Micro Systems Pvt. Ltd. and BLS International Services Limited as Service Providers to provide “Door Step Banking through Universal Touch Points” facility to customers of all Banks in 2572 designated centres within the norms prescribed by the Bank / Reserve Bank of India.
- Door Step Banking Agents engaged by Integra Micro Systems Pvt. Ltd. and BLS International Services Limited. Ltd will cover Centres all over India.
- After expansion of Doorstep Banking services in 1039 centres, 2279 branches of our bank are covered till now.
